For at least the last 4 decades, but probably longer, this country, our
entire political system has been hijacked by a small, elite group of
globalist criminal, mostly age old, multi-generational banking families. I
recognized long ago that the supposed "2-party system" that we have here is
a complete fraud and scam. The Republican and Democratic national committees
make the election rules so of course they rig it so that no third party can
get a voice. The two of them are in league and and are just 2 faces of the
same organization that continue to make government bigger, erode our
personal liberties and enrich themselves at our expense. To any informed
citizen who cares about the former United States of America and what's left
of the "republic for which we stand" it's been blatantly, profoundly obvious
that we are being controlled by a single geo-political entity out for their
own nefarious gain and the destruction of the rest of us.

We do not have a 2-party system at all. This fraudulent "left / right
paradigm" that has been thrust upon us is a complete ruse. The single
entity, that most elected officers get bribed or blackmailed or both into
working for, holds up a democratic sign in one hand and a republican
elephant in the other to deceive us all into believing that we have a choice
when in reality they all work together and feed us the same policies and
continue to push us down a path of destruction and collapse while they cling
to their status and perks.

When we were little we were told that we, anyone, could grow up to be
president - this is no longer true. No you can't! Only those who have been
anointed by and passed muster with the establishment elite - these death
dealing criminals who run this country - have a chance of rising to be one
of their puppets on a string in a position of power, working as one of their
minions - selling out completely being promised wealth and influence.

In the beginning, I absolutely rejected and was very skeptical of Trump. I
thought he must surely be just another controlled pawn in their "great game"
of deception. After all, how do you become independently successful in
Manhattan property development without being "in bed" with the
"establishment". But as this "election process" has continued to unfold, I
have seen overwhelmingly clear signs that Trump is truly an outsider to the
establishment and have come to firmly believe that Donald J. Trump is
probably the last chance we will ever have to wrest control away from the
control matrix and put it back in the control of an outsider and ultimately
back in the hands of we the people. It may be a slim chance, because we have
allowed the control matrix to become so extensive and pervasive, but it's
still an opening.

Trump, although outspoken and boisterous and flamboyant, is not part of the
career criminal cabal, not part of any secret societies. Newt Gingrich,
former speaker of the house says the Establishment see's Donald Trump as a
threat because, "He's an outsider. He's not part of the club. He's
uncontrollable. Hasn't been through the initiation rites. He didn't belong
to the secret society." He is a real man who, although he got a leg up from
his father's work, has made his own way in this world. What can clearly be
seen is that he is absolutely TERRIFYING the establishment - something that
I look at as further verification that he is not part of them. He doesn't
need anything from them. His campaign is self funded and he hasn't even had
to spend much money because he is a true populist. It reminds me of populist
Andrew Jackson who was a great president and told the bankers:

"Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced
that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of
the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you
lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits
from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families.
That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on,
you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a
den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God,
I will rout you out."

Really think about what is happening here. The establishment is so panicked
that they dug up the corpse of Mit Romney, double failed candidate,
reanimated it and marched him out to attempt to smear Trump, spouting a well
rehearsed, scripted speech of ugly, non political slander about a man who
wants nothing more than to make this country great again. Look, I know he
doesn't always sound the best, he doesn't use a teleprompter and he doesn't
come across as "Ivy League" - because that's not who he is! He is most
comfortable having a cheeseburger with regular working folks. He doesn't
drink or smoke or do drugs so he certainly won't fit in with Bill or Hillary
or Rubio or quite frankly most of the establishment. But what the heck is
this? They trot out Romney who was the former, recent Republican finalist to
slander Trump? Shouldn't the Republican establishment be supporting the
front runner who the popular vote supports as the next leader of the party?
Just a short time ago, when he begged for Trump's endorsement, Romney was
bending over backwards praising Trump! Why are top level Republicans doing
everything in their power to knock him down? Trump is fighting the money
elite who want to form a "New World Order" and a one world government that
they can control. The only thing standing in the way of that is a strong and
prosperous America - which Trump genuinely seems to want to restore...

We are in grave trouble people. Since he has demonstrated such overwhelming
support from all types of people - both Republicans but also increasing
numbers of registered, working class Democrats who are switching party
affiliation so they can vote for Trump in the Primaries, he has been
subjected to the most obscene beating imaginable from the main stream media.
The elite controls all the main stream outlets including FOX for those of
you who believe that's a good outlet - watch for them to welcome Hillary
Clinton increasingly and give her support. The global power elite is now in
a mode of pulling out all the stops to discredit Trump and try to erode his
support. The Pope even has been enlisted who said Trump is not a Christian,
the Chinese government has slammed Trump as well. Of course they would
because Trump's plan would bring many manufacturing and other jobs back home
from China. No surprise that Mexico's former president Fox has been called
upon to go on record against Trump - Trump wants American companies to come
back home and will make the playing field level again.

The behavior of the establishment is what it is because Trump is peeling off
the mask on their whole scheme. The left right paradigm is a dirty lie and
Trump is exposing it. At the end of the day, the Republican / Democrat
unified establishment does NOT want their apple cart upset. They want
Clinton or one of their bought and paid for Pawns like Cruz or "bubble boy"
Rubio in office so they can control them. They want to continue their fat
and happy scam of stealing us blind. Trump threatens what they have been
building for decades. They are in PANIC mode and will use all their power,
which is considerable, to undermine and de-rail the Trump campaign. Their
behavior towards Trump to me is clear proof that he is for real. Democrats
and Republicans alike are assaulting him. He needs us to stand behind him.
If they can't knock him down and take him out through their control of the
media and party big wigs, they will try to kill him and if it comes to that
they will probably succeed. That's what they do. Ask John and Bobby Kennedy
who both tried to buck the system. Did you notice the back drop behind
Romney's press conference where he spoke such poisonous and degrading words
about Trump? It was held at the Hinckley Institute. Who tried to take out
Reagan? John Hinckley Jr. You think that was a message? Trump wears a bullet
proof vest now everywhere he goes. I would suggest even greater precautions
because these psychopaths, drunk with their satanic deception and power will
stop at nothing to prevent their fat and happy scheme from crumbling. Is it
a conspiracy? you're damn right it is - and there is nothing wrong with that
word. We are not conspiracy theorists, we are conspiracy observers,
researchers and analysts!

We could have a long discussion about specific policies and stances on the
issues which of course is important. The most important aspects of Trump's
stances have to do with ridiculously lopsided trade agreements which do not
favor the U.S., an immigration policy which makes immigrants enter our
country legally only, tax reform to make the middle class hard working
people have a chance at surviving, and a strong national defense but one
that is not involved globally in trying to solve everyone else's problems or
aiding the profitable causes of international bankers. But the real point is
this - he is not an insider - we can see that by how they are treating him -
that makes him what we want and need. Note that outside of the media and
other tactics, the establishment has another huge weapon at its disposal.
That is the ability to manipulate election results. Since they now mandate
that all voting is controlled by computers, they can easily manipulate the
results that get spit out. Already in many primary states, Trump's final
results were far different than what pre voting and exit polls would have
indicated. There is no doubt that there has been some "monkey business"
going on. Now in the hundreds of voters have testified that the choices they
marked on their ballots did not match what came out of the machine. How many
people did not notice? Trump needs to win by huge margins because anything
close, they can and will skew. There is very good reason to be very
skeptical about the results. Several computer programmers have testified
under oath that election results can be and have been manipulated. In 2012
it was admitted that over 3.5 million votes were altered by a sneaky
algorithm embedded in the software.

To me Trump is not perfect of course - what candidate, what human is? I
don't like his support of continued surveillance and torture and militarism.
I don't like that he always talks about him being the big Boss who will fix
everything - we need to move from big government and growing tyranny to
restoring individual liberties and letting people live their lives how they
see fit. But what are the other choices? Cruz who portrays himself as an
outsider yet "forgot" to disclose a 1.1 million dollar loan from Goldman
Sachs and other big banks and who's wife works for Goldman Sachs and who is
not even eligible to run for president since he is not a natural born
citizen? Rubio - who was arrested in a Florida park with a man who would
become the one of the biggest gay pornography operators in the country? It's
fine to be gay, but why lie about it? Also he is technically not a natural
born citizen. Kasich - who is a former Federal Reserve bank officer? the
privately owned institution that creates money out of thin to loan to the
government yet charges us interest? How about Bernie? The socialist bum who
never had a real job until he was 40 and says that whites don't know what
it's like to be poor when there are more poor white people than poor black
people? Or what about the Queen of evil herself.. Hillary. How anyone,
Republican OR Democrat can even consider someone from the Clinton crime
family for president is absolutely beyond me. Bill Clinton, her husband the
rapist and abuser of women will have a lot to answer for when all the women
he raped or assaulted get together and truly come out with their stories,
but Hillary was the enabler and the one who went after those poor women
threatening them and making their lives miserable - that was her job. What
about Bill's half black child, Danny Williams from a black prostitute in
Little Rock, whom they have completely abandoned?

In the end it's a vote for more of the same and to keep the power elite
firmly in control or a vote for a chance at blowing up their dark and dirty
deception. Donald J. Trump is that chance. He will not be beholden to
anyone. He can't be controlled. He has his own money. He is clean. Yes, a
business man who may have had to be tough in business, but a true man who is
now sacrificing, and exposing himself to massive stress and unfair abuse for
something he believes in. He promised, if elected we'll find out who really
"knocked down" the twin towers and that he would pursue Hillary to the
greatest extent of the law on her classified e-mail scandal and Benghazi and
other dirty matters. An establishment insider would never say these things.
The establishment "club" desperately wants his campaign derailed and they
want him out of the picture. This is exactly why we the people should want
him in office.

Meet Your Merchant

Jenn-Co Construction
38 Elk St., Springville, NY 14141
716 794 3131
Springville is a great place because of great people who live and ply their trade here. I have had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing one of our region's great treasures.. Jen Donahue. Jennifer is the owner of Jenn-Co construction - a local construction company that we are focusing our "Meet Your Merchant" feature on this issue.
Jennifer grew up on a local farm, the one daughter of seven offspring - she has six brothers. Her upbringing was a farm environment, and you know what that means.. From sun up to sun down she worked the farm. In her words, it made her what she is today and she can't thank her parents enough for instilling in her what she thinks is the most valuable lesson any parent can teach their child, the value of hard work.
Jennifer has done many things. She has been a CNA (certified nurses assistant) a short order cook, and a waitress and a bar maid. She was the customer service manager at Wal-Mart when it first opened up locally and the Human Resources manager at our local Lowes store. She then became the local HR manager at the world's largest security company, Securitas. She is very well travelled.
She graduated with a degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology and has been a private investigator as well as a federal officer for the department of energy, and now she owns a construction company. Do you see a pattern? Are you beginning to see the relentless drive behind this woman?
Jen's friends have joked with her: "Is there nothing you can't do?" Her philosophy is quite simply: "DO IT!" If there is something you want to do then do it! Everything she has taken an interest in she has done and excelled at it - and she has picked up a lot of valuable skills along the way. Everything she has wanted to do to this point - she has done. Obviously she is not a big fan of sitting idle - as she says. "never have been, never will be."
As a child when summer vacation came along and all her friends at school looked forward to it she thought - "this is a time for work!" She was looking forward to the hay production at the farm and putting in the garden and all of the other things that come with living off the land. While her friends and contemporaries were laying out in the sun, she was toiling in the fields. In fact, that's how she met her husband, but that's another story...
To Jen, everything goes back to her parents whom she holds in the highest regard. To me this is another sure sign of a quality person. When she was a young girl, 110 lbs. soaking wet, she was catching bales of hay on the hay wagon and she was nailed by a bale. She tried to catch it but it knocked her down. She actually herniated a disc in the process. She told me how her father said: "put on your big girl pants" and said "just because you are a girl doesn't mean you can't do anything you want to". She mustered her strength and finished the day. She has often thought back on those inspirational and prophetic words.
Fast forward to current times... Jen's husband, John was a union carpenter with a prestigious local company and before that was a foreman at a major construction company. He grew up in an environment of craftsmanship and construction being the son of Jed Donahue of JED Buildings - which should tell you a lot about the kind of uncompromising dedication to quality he was exposed to. Jenn-co is now the exclusive purveyor of the famous JED Buildings designs and concept.
Jen also had been around construction for her whole life on the farm and beyond. When the family farm was ended, her father worked in construction and offered Jen opportunities to work on his job sites for a little extra money on the side - she learned much from these experiences. She loved this work. Jennifer worked for a time at Frontier Concrete for several years where she built many concrete basements and hauled around the forms by herself and performed all the other necessary functions of the job. Many men could not believe it was a young, determined woman doing so much of the "grunt" work. Our Jennifer has never had a problem with hard work.
So anyway, her husband, John was a union carpenter for a prestigious company, but took a voluntary lay-off and started to pursue and do side jobs. Given his long nurtured craftsmanship and skill, customers were delighted and word spread. Soon the calls were coming in and the work multiplied. John has been in construction since he was in diapers and according to Jennifer built his first house, from top to bottom at age 13. The demand for his work kept growing and by 2013, the couple decided it was time to hang their own shingle out and go into business for themselves as a construction company that would be owned by Jennifer and called Jenn-Co construction. Jenn was still working full time as the office manager and comptroller of another large and successful construction company. Eventually John persuaded her to come into the family business full time which she did. She pointed out that she was lucky to have found and married her "best friend" John, her husband.
Jennifer was a bit nervous about this, as all burgeoning entrepreneurs will be, but she went back to her core philosophy and what has guided her throughout her life, the belief that if you desire it - there is nothing you can't do. After hearing of all of Jennifer's previous occupations and pursuits I commented - "I see there is nothing you can't do" She corrected me and said: "There is nothing anyone can't do - if they set their mind on it, they can do it! - all it takes is dedication and effort" I say let these be words of inspiration to any enterprising person of any age. Jennifer owns and runs 3 businesses.. The construction company known as Jenn-Co, but also a properties management company and a photography business as well. Yeah.. she never really slows down much...
So the company, Jenn-Co has grown wildly in the past few years with quality craftsmanship as its trademark. They have 4 employees now which Jen considers family. She pointed out to me on numerous occasions throughout the interview how great the employees of Jenn-co are and how grateful she is to them for their efforts. She said to me that she is not trying to get rich - if she can sustain her employees and herself and in the process make the world a better place she is happy. We both lamented on how hard it is to own and run a small business in the state of NY... but that is once again, another story altogether.
Drawing from her own upbringing and the significant influence from John's side of the family, Jennifer's strict philosophy on construction work is uncompromising quality - but at affordable prices. They do not take short cuts or do any work half assed. She has turned many projects down because the client wanted to take short cuts. If they do a job. it will be designed correctly from the start and executed with exacting precision. But let it be known that this mindset does not mean that the price has to be high. She crafts every project within the budgetary constraints of the customer and then builds the best possible project to achieve the desired outcome. She told me repeatedly - "You get what you pay for". Smart consumers need to check with Jenn-co who will guide them through the process that will lead to their desired outcome
For fun, Jennifer likes to bicycle but she really loves kayaking or just floating down the Cattaraugus creek. She said it's "soul defining". She loves to bring her crew along for these adventures. She likes hard work but also having fun, connecting with other sprits and making the world a better place. I would say I have to agree with her on this philosophy.
I asked Jennifer about her political views, seeing that we are in that season now, but she declined to specifically comment saying that she stays out of politics. She did however say that she believes strongly that people need to take care of themselves - and that people in government are mostly just in it for their own gain. I won't say how she feels about Springville water fluoridation other than to mention that she says she won't drink village water. She advises people to educate themselves, which means empowering themselves to make the right decisions for themselves as to how they conduct themselves in life. Jennifer prays and meditates every day as well as exercises as her busy schedule allows. She believes you have to take care of yourself in order to care for others. I would say that's a really inspiring message for anyone.
Jenn-Co, despite being a woman owned business and having many opportunities out of the area has done 99% of their work within the Springville and immediate surrounding areas. It is important to note once again that they do the JED building designs but also offer complete custom design services. They really excel at building framing work. If you think about how any structure will eventually come out, you have to think about foundation and framing and they take this very seriously. Everything else is built on that. If it's done right, everything else has a much better chance of falling into place correctly. Jennifer is a discerning customer just like anyone else - as a customer she wants the best for her dollar spent - and she applies this to how her customers might feel. She always puts herself in her customers' shoes - how can she make the equation work for them - wanting the best quality at the most affordable price? The result is a satisfactory - more than satisfactory - an over the top positive solution for the customer. She has hundreds of testimonials..
At the end of the day, if it hasn't already been obvious, I was very impressed with this business and, no matter if it's a big job or small, recommend inquiring with Jenn-Co on your project. She, I think stands equal with the many fine builders and construction firms our community can be proud of. We are here to support each other in the local community and empower each other - that is what will allow our community to grow and prosper!

Village Board: Trust Is Bred Out Of Transparency

By: Jessica Johnston Patrick Henry said, in 1788, “The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them.” Our Founding Father’s viewed government as a necessary evil, and understood that the power of government must be controlled by the people. Government transparency should not be considered a privilege, but an absolute right.

Nearly 200 years after Patrick Henry made his famous statement, the United States Congress passed the “Government in the Sunshine” Act, promoting government transparency and freedom of information. Most states, including New York, followed with their own versions, and in 1977 the New York State Open Meetings Law was passed. The legislative declaration of the law states “It is essential to the maintenance of a democratic society that the public business be performed in an open and public manner and that the citizens of this state be fully aware of and able to observe the performance of public officials and attend and listen to the deliberations and decisions that go into the making of public policy.” After all, isn’t all business of government the people’s business?

By virtue of this law and the Freedom of Information Law, it is the duty of government to transact their business in a transparent manner, and the right of all citizens to be informed. Have you ever attended a Village Board Meeting? If so, then you are familiar with the process. The meeting is called to order, there is usually a public comment session, a few boilerplate items including motions to pay the bills and accept the consent agenda, comments from various Village employees, occasionally something on the agenda that is briefly presented by the Mayor or the Administrator, and perhaps even a vote or two.

However, I have NEVER actually witnessed any deliberation, discussion or decision making in progress. Often there is a motion to move into “executive session”, the trustees vote and the Mayor announces that the public portion of the meeting is closed. Rather ignorantly, I assumed that executive session is the time when the Trustees and the Mayor meet and talk about the issues of the Village and discuss how they will vote on various resolutions.

Except…..according to this law…..there are only eight specific subjects which can legally be discussed in executive session. Everything else (other than matters made confidential by state or federal law) MUST be discussed, disclosed, deliberated and decided upon in open session. Everything.

Throughout the years, there have been many cases where the courts have reviewed violations of this law, and as a result, there are precedents for almost every situation. In order to move into executive session, the public body must identify in open session the “general area or areas of the subject or subjects to be considered.” Furthermore, “it is apparent that this must be accomplished through some degree of particularity”, and “merely reciting the statutory language is insufficient.”
Interestingly, if you have the patience to climb over the mountains of red tape required to obtain a sample of Village Board Meeting minutes (which are required to be made available to the public within two weeks of an open meeting and one week of an executive session), you will find that the most common reasons cited by the Mayor for moving to executive session are “personnel” or “legal” matters. However, NEITHER of those reasons alone constitute a permissible reason for entering executive session, as they don’t recite the statutory language OR provide a degree of particularity.
For instance, the litigation clause permits a public body to enter into executive session for discussions related to proposed, pending, or current litigation. However, in order for this clause to be permissible, the public body must reference a particular case specifically. At a recent Board Meeting, the Mayor indicated that he and other trustees could not discuss a particular topic due to the threat of lawsuit, and proceeded to make a motion to enter executive session (although without providing a degree of particularity). The courts have held, however, that “the mere threat, fear or possibility of litigation was insufficient for holding an executive session.”

So what exactly are our Trustees discussing in Executive Session? It seems that our Village Board has become a bit too comfortable with their executive session privileges and could benefit from a refresher on the law, and scrutiny by those whom they were elected to govern.

This law exists to prevent a public body from moving to executive session to discuss the topic or topics of their choice. Executive session should never be used as a method to insulate the public body from public scrutiny. The Board is elected to deal with ALL Village concerns and issues, including those which are difficult, controversial, uncomfortable, embarrassing or unpopular. The public must not be excluded from the deliberation of ANY issue for reasons other than those which are permissible under the law.

Additionally, a public body has NO OBLIGATION to enter into executive session, except to discuss matters made confidential by state or federal law. They are free to discuss any and all topics in open session, even if by law they would be permitted to enter into executive session. Should it not be the goal of a representative government to foster an open government to the maximum extent permissible?

I recently attended a Board Meeting where a citizen offered public comment. After they were finished, the Mayor said something to the effect of, “Sir, it seems as if you don’t trust us.” My response to the Mayor is that trust is bred out of transparency, not secrecy.

The Lack Of Leadership In Springville Government Makes Simple Problems Boil Over

By: Jessica Johnston

I love living in the Village of Springville, where every amenity I might need is just an arm’s reach away, and the quaintness of rural life is at my fingertips. Farmer’s markets and hobby farms peacefully cohabitating with restaurants, theatres and shops. And that’s just Main Street.

For as long as I can remember there has always been a horse or two wandering about the field at 359 West Main Street. As a child I can remember reaching across the fence to pet a curious Paint, while I munched on my cheese curd from the auction. Admittedly, I was unalarmed when new residents moved in months after the death of long time resident Bill Watson, bringing with them a few horses and restoring a once familiar sight.

Since April of 2012, there have been numerous changes at 359 W. Main Street. The farm house and barns remain, but the addition of landscaping has drastically improved the curb appeal. A wooden fence has been installed along the front of the property, adding charm and character. A sign has been installed along the drive, welcoming visitors to the LJ Ranch. And the farm animal population has grown.

The 9.6 acre ranch is home to at least 6 horses, several beef cows, including a few of the Longhorn variety, and from what I’ve been told, a handful of chickens and sheep, though I’ve not seen them personally.

Not everybody is excited about the changes at the farm. Earlier this year, several neighboring residents attended a Village Board meeting to address concerns with the existence of a multi-strand electric fence along their property(s), as well as the legality of animal husbandry within the Village limits.
I did not attend the Board meeting, and since the minutes for Village Board meetings have not been added to the Village website since February 2014, I’ve relied on what I’ve read and heard, as well as my own research, to piece together this story. Did you know that in 1987 the Village of Springville made zoning changes, eliminating ALL Agricultural Zoning? 359 West Main Street is zoned Residential. While animal husbandry is currently prohibited throughout the Village, the Board noted that this particular property is protected under Non-Conforming Use status.

Article IX of the Village Code, Chapter 200, is dedicated to Non-Conforming Use. In a nutshell, when the Village changed the zoning in 1987, the Watson’s had horses. Even though the property was re-zoned residential, the Watson’s were entitled to continue to use the property, “to the extent existing at the time it became nonconforming”. So what’s the problem? Well, per village code, “A nonconforming use shall not be enlarged or extended, except as provided in Article XI.” Article XI refers to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

So what this means is, if, at the time of the zoning changes, the Watson’s had nothing more than a handful of horses, then the addition of cows, chickens and sheep could be considered an enlargement or extension, which would not be permitted EXCEPT as provided by the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Village Code also states that “A nonconforming use shall be deemed to have been abandoned in cases where such nonconforming use is of a building or structure designed for such use, when it has been voluntarily discontinued for a period of 12 consecutive months”, which, and I’ll get to this later, several residents allege to be the case.

Additionally, the rusty, single barbed wire, fallen fence existing behind the Forest Avenue property(s), was replaced with a multi-strand electrified fence. Per Village Code, “A building or structure used by a nonconforming use shall not be reconstructed, structurally altered, restored or repaired to an extent exceeding 50% of the replacement cost of such building or structure, exclusive of foundations, unless the use of such building or structure is changed to a conforming use...” Certainly complete replacement of a fallen down single strand barbed wire fence with a new multi-strand electric fence, constitutes restoring or replacing to an extent greater than 50% of the replacement cost of the structure. And for those questioning if a fence is a structure, the code defines a fence as “a structure bounding an area of land designed either to limit access to the area or to screen such area from view, or both.”
Here’s the thing. Non-conforming use is very limited. The purpose of non-conforming use is not to extend the use indefinitely. Non-conforming use is provided in order to maintain a property owner’s existing rights at the time of the zoning change, with the idea that the property will eventually become conforming. This happens by placing restrictions on expansion, extension, repairs and reconstruction. The only way to get around the restrictions placed on non-conforming use is to appeal to the Zoning Board for a zoning variance.

So, when a few concerned residents from Forest Avenue addressed the Board and proposed that the non-conforming use for 359 W Main Street had indeed been abandoned for several months prior to Bill Watson’s death in June 2011, until April of 2012, (possibly for a period greater than 12 consecutive months), and that the non-conforming use had essentially been expanded through the addition of cows, sheep and chickens, and that the repairs to the fence (structure) exceeded greater than 50% of the replacement cost they were told by their Village Board, specifically the Village Attorney, to “prove it”. Wait……what???

This, my friends, is where ALL citizens should be infuriated. The Village Board works for US, “We the People”. One of the tasks of the Board is to interpret and enforce the Village Code. It is up to THEM to investigate these issues. Residents should be encouraged to bring forth concerns, and they have the right to expect expeditious and respectful resolution. It is not the job of individual residents to “prove it” in order for the Board to take action. In fact, in this particular case, the burden of proof lies on the non-conforming property to prove to the Village Board that the claims are false. Ultimately, the residents bringing forth the concern left the meeting without resolution, and without any promise of a resolution.

Since that meeting there have been Editorials and Letters to the Editor printed addressing the situation at 359 W Main Street. The vitriol that has brewed in this Community stemming from this issue has been divisive and damaging. Ultimately though, the responsibility for all this drama belongs not to the parties involved or the residents of our community, but solely to our “do nothing” Village Board. The Board should be ashamed of themselves for not dealing promptly with this situation and for allowing the anger, hurt and confusion on both sides of the issue to fester for months, unresolved.

Some of you will read this and get angry. You will say things like “but the farm was here first”, or “but the property is just so beautiful and the residents have worked so hard”. While I don’t disagree, I feel compelled to point out that both of those statements are irrelevant. The rights of one citizen are no more or less important than the rights of another. The Board has an obligation to consider the requests and concerns of all citizens, follow the established procedures, insure proper enforcement of the Village Code and respond to all involved parties. Allowing our elected officials to ignore issues, or to selectively decide which issues to pursue based on their personal opinion, is equivalent to handing over your rights. Remember that you could be the next person standing in front of them, and they could just as easily scoff at your request and tell you to “prove it”. There seems to be a clear path to resolution within the bounds of existing village code - we just need some leadership to go out and do it!

In closing, let me say that personally, I don’t mind the ranch. I would rather have cows and horses on Main Street than another housing development. But I don’t live on Forest Avenue. My kids don’t play in a yard bordering an electric fence. I don’t have Longhorn cattle walking down my street when they get out. And, for those who purchased homes on Forest Avenue in a Residential area, these are legitimate concerns. Still, I believe that there are established, codified means to deal with this situation in a manner that would be satisfactory to both parties. Zoning Variances happen all the time, and there are numerous fencing options available today that will adequately contain livestock without electrification. Sounds like a win-win to me. Why perpetuate all the nonsense?

MS Comment: I was not going to touch this village topic because of issues of potential bias and because it just seemed like such a childish and immature squabble. But when I read Jessica's excellent piece it became clear to me that none of the coverage of this issue really touched on the intrinsically important point that, through some simple village leadership, some diplomatic engagement and all within codified guidelines, the matter could probably be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. My personal prejudice comes from my own rearing where electric fences abounded. After getting zapped a few times I learned some valuable lessons. Parental over-protectiveness and this new immediate tendency towards threatening litigation I don't think does any kids any good and doesn't bode well for the future - except for the lawyers who get swamped with business since everybody wants to sue everybody. So my immediate reaction was these are responsible, good people who keep a clean farm that beautifies our community and keeps us feeling cozily rural - deal with the fence and get over it. But Jessica is right. There are zoning rules in the village and we need to either obey them or change the rules. Why can't the ranch apply for and be granted a variance for the electric fence so they stay properly within non-conforming use status and to satisfy the concerns of the nearby residents maybe compromise by moving the electric fence inwards by a yard and along the stretch of concern put up a pretty looking simple wooden fence? That way they still have the effectiveness of an electrified fence to contain the animals but there is a separation and additional barrier between them and the residents? A deal like this should be brokered between the parties by the village and find the right way to stay within code and satisfy residents' concerns. Just DO something! The whole thing actually was a great opportunity for the mayor of this village to get involved and broker a solution through engaging leadership. It would have been a way to regain some credibility, to solve a problem, to do good.

As follows is the letter to the editor I received from Melissa Huber - the neighbor:

"Dear Editor: We moved to the Village of Springville for the quality of life residents have enjoyed for generations. But our family life has been upended – and Springville leaders pretend like nothing is happening.

After we moved to the village, a neighbor passed away.Over a year later renters occupied the house, bringing livestock and electric fences, all in violation of nonagricultural district zoning. Today, our young children and others play within a few feet of a fence that practically reaches out to zap them with electric current. We complained to the village. We were stonewalled.

We were told in village board meetings the property is protected under a special use permit. But we asked for, yet never received, a copy of that document and others. We filed requests under the Freedom of Information Law and got no reply, this time in violation of the letter and spirit of the law. An appeal was also ignored – another violation of the law.

The village’s illegal activity is worsened by their biased zoning enforcement. Village officials sued one family to force removal of their autistic child’s therapy animal.Issuing stop work orders, fines and the like to others.Meanwhile, the village does nothing to enforce the law in our neighbor’s case, even filing documents for the dead and claiming building permits are protected under attorney-client privilege. They are not.

The Village of Springville government is either running amok, or it is incompetent. You be the judge.

Sincerely, William and Melissa Huber, 59 Forest Ave."

I sense genuine concern and frustration in her tone - look how far this has been allowed to go.. And this has been hard on Lauralee and Jay too - all unnecessary. Village will say this analysis is an over simplification but does it have to be complex? We all need to co-exist in this village can't something be worked out? There is more to running a good village government than "efficient delivery of Village services". Contrary to this Village's apparent orientation, it's not all about maintaining the status quo. As always we invite the mayor to respond to this through this medium.

get the lead out.

Many people, including yours truly, have been concerned for some time about the erosion of the constitution and the increasing encroachment of Government on our liberties. Those people who are really involved in standing up to defend and preserve our rights look upon the 2nd amendment with particular reverence and vigilance. They believe that without the 2nd amendment the others would be gone in an instant. So, as you can imagine, the news of the past couple of years of domestic gun sales to individuals having gone through the roof is quite comforting indeed. All of us are safer in our liberties the more individual citizens have guns right? BUT What if they don't care how many guns are out there because they have another very effective way to disarm the U.S. citizenry? What if this back handed, sneaky strategy was already in its final stages of execution? Well I think that's exactly what has happened. What strategy is it: To make ammunition virtually impossible to obtain! That's right, what good are guns without bullets?

Already the government has purchased 2 billion rounds of all sorts of ammo for it's various agencies. If you dont believe that number just look up government ammunition requisition over the last 2 years. That not only arms them to the teeth, but all that ammo is off the shelves (or the orders are in the processed of being filled) and out of the hands of individual citizens. So that's one branch of the strategy - use the limitless buying power of the government to massively deplete inventories in a short period of time - so that manufacturing cant keep pace. The second branch of the strategy is to use the regulatory power of the the EPA to close down U.S. lead plants and impair our internal ability as a nation to produce and distribute bullets.
The Doe Run Lead Plant in Missouri is closing its doors. It was the last lead smelting plant in the U.S. They are closing due to an onslaught of new EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations that would have cost them more than they could financially bear. The new regulations, it is reported, would have increased compliance expenses 10 fold for the company from one year to the next. The Doe Run Co. Announced last year that it had dropped plans to build a new lead processing facility in Herculaneum that would have used a new, cleaner lead production technology. The company cited the $100 million project as now being too financially risky. Now the whole company is closing and 145 more American manufacturing jobs are lost.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said the company “made a business decision” to shut down the smelter instead of installing pollution control technologies needed to reduce sulfur dioxide and lead emissions as required by the Clean Air Act.

Lead for bullets will have to come from overseas now and this will add significantly to the cost and availability will be very restricted. Domestically mined lead ore will have to be shipped overseas, refined and then shipped back. Save your lead. Looks like ammunition will be a very important currency of the future...

Is "SMART GROWTH" Right for Springville?

Our mayor of Springville, Mr. Bill Krebs, is actively pursuing Springville's involvement in a program called "Smart Growth" and he is attending meetings to look into and get us involved with a program called "One Region Forward". The other board of trustees members blindly follow his lead all without even understanding the deeper implications of these insidious programs. All of this activity on his part is done in and of his own decision making processes and without the consent of his constituency. Perhaps he should not be pursuing this all on his own. Maybe, we the people, do not agree with the deep implications of involvement in these programs...

"Smart Growth" and "ONE Region Forward" are both local implementations of a much larger United Nations initiative called "Agenda 21". At a recent board of trustees "work session" I brought up how this is part of "Agenda 21" the Mayor confessed that he didn't even know what that was. This is very disturbing to me. This U.N. Program is not good for America and its people. It is an insidious plan, under the guise of "sustainability" it further strips people of property rights, their God given liberties and herd us all into urban housing units. You see, the globalists want us all to live in urban complexes to more easily control us, they want us to use public transportation and give up personal vehicles and do everything in their power to corral us into manageable groups. Rural, independent living is not in their plan.

One of the major issues for this year's electoral season is "smart growth," which to its advocates is needed to combat current suburban residential patterns. According to the "smart growth" promoters, modern suburbia is a nightmare from hell, with its congested traffic, ugly strip malls, and "cookie cutter" homes.

Such willy-nilly development, they say, not only destroys the American Dream, but also creates pollution, despair, and even violence. It is proof that unplanned private enterprise, if left to its own devices, menaces the very well being of people who originally had fled to suburbia ostensibly to escape what now threatens them.

"Smart growth" advocates, on the other hand, see a utopia on the horizon in which communities will be close knit, people will use public transportation (or bicycles) instead of private automobiles, and population density will increase. Instead of the bourgeois yards (mowed by polluting power mowers), residents will congregate in the numerous "green spaces" provided by the government. Such are the dreams of modern urban planners. The only problem is that the people they say they are rescuing from "suburban hell" really have no intention of living in these utopian communities. Thus, the planners turn to coercion, but disguise it in the name of "smart growth."

In the days before the automobile, most Americans either lived on farms in rural areas or they lived close to the center of towns and cities. Commuter trains and trolleys in large cities allowed for some people to live in suburban communities, but the growth of modern suburbia did not occur until after World War II, when economic growth exploded and nearly every family owned an automobile.

Numerous "Levittowns" sprang up as middle and upper class Americans fled central cities. At the same time, government was moving in the opposite direction. New Deal legislation created public housing authorities predicated upon the belief that private enterprise would not create "decent and affordable" homes for Americans. Modeled after Marxist housing developments in Europe and the Soviet Union, blocks of government-owned apartments sprang up in large and medium sized cities across the country.

Urban planners, of course, saw these developments as a solution to the needs of poor workers. It was not long before it was obvious that public housing was not a solution, but an even greater problem. A case in point was the infamous Pruitt-Igoe development in St. Louis.

Built in the 1950s, Pruitt-Igoe won architectural awards and the praise of utopians everywhere. However, as the welfare state grew, so did the number of non-working residents and single-parent families. Pruitt-Igoe became synonymous with crime in St. Louis, as the place became nearly unlivable. In 1972, authorities finally dynamited the rodent-infested structures to the ground.

The same government that brought us Pruitt-Igoe and any number of public housing horrors in this country now says that it knows how to make suburbia more inhabitable. Of course, the advent of urban public housing made the suburbs even more desirable both to white and black residents. That anyone even believes government will not botch up the suburbs the way it did the inner city is testament to the power of bad ideas – and powerful interest groups.

Let us look, then, at the new "smart growth" proposals to see if they meet economic muster. At the top of the list is public transportation. We also look at "green spaces" and concentrated housing.

The left has always condemned the private automobile. Most critics say that is because the automobile creates "pollution" through tailpipe emissions, but the real enemy is the personal freedom the car allows. It allows individuals to shop in bulk at supermarkets and other retail stores (carrying home their goods in car trunks instead of holding them on their laps in buses or trolleys), not to mention perform numerous other errands that would not be possible under a strict public transportation regime.

For the most part, individuals have shunned public transportation for the automobile despite the fact that government-subsidized buses, trolleys and trains have been available for decades. There are many reasons for their choices, but suffice it to say that the only way for urban planners to incorporate their transportation "dream" is to coerce people into doing what they would not do otherwise.

Green spaces are modern euphemisms for public parks. Many people enjoy walking, biking, or relaxing in parks, but that does not mean they would give them up for their own yards.

Government-sponsored green spaces also restrict the number of houses that can be constructed in an area, which forces up the prices of existing dwellings. Therefore, in the name of helping people, government drives up housing prices.

These parks are seen as hand in hand development with concentrated housing. Again, most individuals have already demonstrated that they prefer to live elsewhere. It is one thing for people to live in townhouses and apartment buildings voluntarily. It is quite another to restrict the choices of everyone to force them to live in conditions and situations they would not choose otherwise.

Americans today have more housing choices than ever before, thanks to the automobile and modern communications. By its very nature, on the other hand, government acts by restricting individual choice.

That politicians can even appeal to those concerned about their quality of life is a testament to the cunning of the political classes. From Pruitt-Igoe to the morass of rent control and other municipal fiascos, government has made a mess of everything. Even if their schemes are idiotic and harebrained, one must admit that the modern politician has been a master salesman.

For decades urban planners have adhered to the mantra that urban sprawl increases pollution and housing costs, more driving time to work and shopping, stress, and the escalating consumption of scarce farmland and open space. Urban planning to implement what Al Gore calls “smart growth” supposedly corrects these problems and creates more livable, inexpensive homes for all. Irrefutable evidence, however, shows that urban planning creates the very nightmares it is supposed to eliminate. In the process, it strips urbanites of one of their most fundamental civil liberties — property rights.

Land-use control has been a goal of socialists for many decades. Laurence Rockefeller’s 1972 publication of The Use of Land: A Citizen's Policy Guide to Urban Growth was instrumental in attempting to enact land-use regulation in Congress several times in the early 1970s. Edited by William K. Reilly, who later served as EPA Administrator under George Bush senior, the report claimed that planning the wise use of land is the best tool to guide growth toward achieving economic equality and protecting environmental quality.

Following the failed attempt to employ the anti-property rights features of The Use of Land, the United Nations set the same agenda in the 1976 Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat I) held in Vancouver. For instance, the Preamble of Agenda Item 10 of the Conference Report states: “The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable....” .

Smart growth advocates seek to preserve land in a natural or agricultural state by encouraging individuals to live in denser communities that take up smaller tracts of land per housing unit. Such communities also encourage residents to rely more on walking or public transit than on cars for mobility, and they more closely mix retail and other commercial facilities with residential units to foster easy access to jobs and shopping.

Land-use control can often become an obsession to planners for obvious reasons. In order to plan and control growth in their enlightened way, government bureaucrats and planning advocates must control property rights. Private property rights and smart growth are therefore mutually exclusive.

Such policies do not permit Americans the freedom to live where they choose. They must live inside urban growth boundaries. Developers must provide open space around new development. Americans may not live in greenbelt areas around urban centers. They may not live in designated viewsheds of scenic highways, or in the buffer zone of a Heritage River or a designated stream.

Those advocating smart growth can become so obsessive they become irrational. For instance, on June18, 2001, the Sierra Club defined "efficient urban density" as a city containing 500 housing units to the acre. Put another way, 500 families would have to live on an acre of land which is 209 x 209 feet! This would require a 14-story apartment building if 36 very small 1,000 square foot units (with hallways) occupied each floor! Increasing the apartment size to 1500 square feet would require a 21-story building!

After being criticized that such densities were more than three times greater than the highest density tracts in Manhattan and more than double the most dense and squalid ward of Bombay, India, the Sierra Club quickly revised its definition of urban efficiency to 100 units per acre. Reaching even that goal, however, would require living arrangements that are 2.4 times as dense as all Manhattan, twice as dense as central Paris and ten times that of San Francisco according to the Heritage Foundation. The density of the average suburban area is 1-3 units per acre.

At least nineteen states have state growth-management laws or task forces to protect farmland and open space. Dozens of cities and counties have adopted urban growth boundaries to contain development and prevent the spread of urbanization to outlying and rural areas. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) partially funded a 2002 report called “Growing Smart Legislative Guidebook: Model Statutes for Planning and the Manage-ment of Change.” Congress is considering passing “The Community Character Act,” which proposes to fund state and local efforts to reform their land use planning process to conform more closely to smart growth policies.

The Legislative Guidebook calls for using federal funding as a carrot to mandate a more restrictive “integrated state-regional-local planning system that is both vertically and horizontally consistent.” Vertically and horizontally consistent, in turn, means total government control from the federal government to the local community across America. One size fits all. This dovetails with Section 4(c)(1)(D) of the Community Character Act which calls for funding and "coordination of Federal, State, regional, tribal, and local land use plans."

The paranoia about the need to control growth is a constant drumbeat of those promoting urban planning. They claim America is rapidly losing its farmland and open space. Yet, the U.S. Bureau of Census classifies less than 5 percent of the U.S. as being developed and less than 2.5 percent as urban using the 2002 corrected data.

Even in the densely populated east, both New York and Pennsylvania are only 10 percent developed. New Jersey, the most developed state, has only 30 percent of its land developed. To top it all off, less than one-quarter of the loss in farmland since 1945 is due to urbanization, and the rate of loss has been dropping since the 1960s.

The presumption that low-density residential development means more pollution, more congestion and fewer preserved natural resources is equally false. Likewise, the belief that higher-density compact development mitigates those impacts is false. Increasing population density does little to alleviate auto-caused smog. Urban and suburban areas with the lowest population densities have the fewest air pollution problems.

Population density or compactness also has little relationship to how much commuters depend on automobiles. More than 75 percent of commuter trips are by car — even in urban areas. Thus, any planning strategy that attempts to increase population density usually leads to more traffic congestion and stalled traffic. This exacerbates air pollution levels and potentially causes more areas to fail federal clean air goals. This, in turn requires regulations that are even more restrictive.

Urban planning has also failed miserably in providing affordable housing. As a rule, more dense areas cost more to build in, tend to have higher taxes, higher levels of pollution, and a higher cost of living. The Heritage Foundation reports that; “Data indicate that housing affordability in Portland (percentage of households that can afford the median priced home) dropped 56 percent from 1991 to 2000, the largest reduction of any major urban area in the nation! Portland's home ownership rate fell as a result.” The poor, of course, suffer the most in this kind of failed policy. Families no longer able to afford single-family homes in Portland have to move into multifamily units. During 1992-97, the number of housing permits issued for multifamily units doubled from 25 percent to 49 percent.

The aggressive promotion of smart growth policies by some in the media, politicians and a gross misrepresentation of the facts by many environ-mentalists threatens the freedom of ordinary Americans to choose living arrangements that best suit their needs. Although smart growth proponents advocate land-use control as a means of providing affordable housing, it punishes low-income families, keeping them from ever being able to afford a home of their own and denying them the American Dream. According to the Heritage Foundation, home ownership rates among African-American and Hispanic families are still below 50 percent, in contrast to the nearly 75 percent ownership rates among white households. The very fashionable Fauquier County, Virginia, which has imposed severe growth restrictions and limits on homebuilding, has seen its African-American population fall both relatively and absolutely over the decade of the 1990s.

No matter how it is cut, urban planning and smart growth is a bald-faced fraud that is creating a nightmare for people across America. From a few academics and environmentalists to the media, state and local officials, and high-level federal officials of all ideologies and party affiliations, this misguided vision has spread despite overwhelming evidence that it does not work. The persistence of these beliefs despite all facts to the contrary is a tribute to the power of a fashionable idea favoring federal intervention, however illogical it may seem in practice and experience.

It is time for the federal government to pull all funding for any program dealing with smart growth or urban planning. Imposing such altruistic ideals just does not work. They harm both the environment and the citizens whom they are supposed to help.

Instead of pursuing "Smart Growth" and "One Region Forward" for our community Mayor Bill Krebs and his lame trustees who just go along with everything he says should be formulating a Village of Springville PROCLAMATION expressing this community's absolute opposition to all of these programs and expressing a resounding rejection of the U.N.'s attempt to subjugate us. What happened to governing by the consent of the governed?

The COMING RETURN OF THE REAL US DOLLAR By Leo Wanta The Federal Reserve System (aka the “Fed”), a bank franchisee of the City of London private Zionist Bankers, is now cornered and in a predicament with no simple solution possible. It is like the tree trimmer cutting off the limb he is standing on or the painter painting himself into a corner with no way out. This impasse has no apparent solution for these Private Federal Reserve “Officials” and the real World Zionist Powers behind them (whom they serve). The Federal Reserve System has operated as an Unregulated Checkbook for an out of control, out of touch, bought-off Congress that takes its marching orders from Israeli espionage fronts and wealthy lobbying groups inside America like AIPAC. These Israel Espionage Fronts inside America are controlled by the World Zionists operating out of the City of London Financial District, a separate country with its own Police Force and Ambassadors. Normally any governmental spending body such as Congress would be limited by the amount of taxes collected, and would have to balance its books like any normal family. However, because the Federal reserve System issues as much money as Congress want to borrow, there have been no real spending limits. The alleged debt owed by Americans (with interest accruing constantly) to this private Federal Reserve System is now estimated to have exceeded 14 trillions USDollars, or approximately five times the current annual Congressional Budget, a staggering total, and approximately one year of America’s Gross National Product. And the most startling thing about this supposed “National Debt” is that is clearly Illegal, Unconstitutional, and actually imaginary. Yes, that’s right, Americans cannot be legally charged interest or principal for using their own money. How did this illegal Ponzi scheme ever develop and why would our Congress allow such a fraud to be perpetrated? Our Founding Fathers intended the USG to have a very limited role and to be financed from Excise and import taxes, never a personal income tax. There was a secret Coup d’ etat in 1913 when the City of London Secret Agents were able to get their illegal, Unconstitutional Federal reserve Act passed in the U.S. Congress with no quorum present on a Friday night before Christmas. Numerous Members of Congress were influenced, bribed and even coerced to go along with this intended legislation being covertly promoted by the City of London Rothschild Zionist private Central bankers. The rest is history and is a secret most sordid one at that. The Federal Reserve Board run by the individual Banking Families who own the stock is a closely guarded secret. This Board has no USG oversight and is beyond the current reach of the USG as long as Congress, the Judiciary and the Administration refuses to enforce the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights or the Rule of Law. Consequently the Bankers have been able to remotely control the American Economy by determining monetary policy and setting interest rates and determining how much money is issued. This unregulated issuance of money and the providing of it to greedy Members of Congress to distribute to their campaign sponsors and “special friends” through special interest legislation has resulted in a complete disconnect between Congressional Spending and any true financial reality. It is now generally recognized by Political Insiders that immense kickbacks are provided in very creative ways to those that vote for these “Special Interest,Corporate Welfare” legislation. These kickbacks are often disguised as very liberal honorariums for short meaningless speech appearances, large PAC campaign donations, special all-paid junkets, lucrative revolving-door jobs and consultancies, and even special deposits to offshore accounts. And beside the so-called “Money” issued (FIAT money issued and put into circulation and use by the Federal Reserve System), is not real money at all, but consists of Debt-based FIAT monetary Notes which USG laws have mandated must be accepted as legal tender for all debts inside America. yes, technically a Note is a loan for which the Principal and the Interest must be repaid. Thus all the Interest and Principal paid back to the Federal Reserve System is truly “Money for Nothing.”This is truly a very crafty trick performed by the private Central Bankers to acquire the wealth of the users of their FIAT debt-note money. America used to have real money issued that was redeemable in Gold and Silver. They were called USDollars and were either Gold Certificates or Silver Certificates. But all that changed when President Nixon changed the USDollar to have no real backing by Gold and Silver anymore as he negotiated an international agreement for the USDollar to become the US Petro Dollar and be used for all crude Oil Transactions. What this means now in practical terms that when the Federal Reserve System creates “Money” and puts it into circulation and use, it retains ownership of the Principal and expects it to be repaid with Interest which constantly accrues. This is what the so-called National Debt consists of and is clearly financial fraud since FIAT/fake currency is not real money and is not allowed to be masqueraded as such by the US Constitution. Calling issued debt-notes money is the biggest trick ever perpetrated against the American public and perhaps the greatest financial fraud in history. The Federal Reserve System has become the World’s greatest Ponzi Scheme because it has issued an absurd amount of money to Congress to spend like drunken sailors all over the World. In fact so many American debt-notes aka “US Petro Dollars” have been spent and disbursed all over the world that experts now believe that eventually, if not sooner than later, the value of the US Petro Dollar will easily descend to almost nothing. This descent to minimal value will likely be greatly accelerated when the BRICS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK comes on line in the near future. The US Petro Dollar has functioned as the World’s Reserve Currency ever since an arrangement was negotiated by President Richard Nixon who took America off the Gold Standard at that time. But once the BRICS System goes live, many economic experts expect the Worldwide USDollar Derivative System, the largest Ponzi scheme in History, to collapse like a house of cards. Once this happens there is likely to be a catastrophic collapse in the value of the USDollar and it will become unlinked from oil sales and will no longer be the World’s Reserve Currency. Now for the really bad news. As of right now there are supposedly 139 nations that have signed onto the BRICS System, either by actually signing the Agreement or sending a Letter of Intent to do so. This now includes Germany, France, Australia and picture this, even the UK. It is no secret that the BRICS System originated in the imagination of the leaders of Russia, China and Brazil who felt that they had been used and abused due to the USD being used against them. Much of the World now feels that America has used the US Petro Dollar as a means to abuse them economically and politically and want to completely detach all their trade from it and eliminate the great advantage American economy has had from their debt-notes being accepted as the World’s Reserve Currency. How did this illegal, Unconstitutional Federal Reserve System which claims to be a Bank and a Cash Reserve, when it is neither, get themselves and America into this current impasse and unresolvable debacle in the first place? This was all accomplished through political intrigue and covert operations run by the City of London run Central bankers. it was also accomplished by a partnership between Big Oil run by the World Zionists and the private Federal reserve System. Here is the part that is hard for most to fathom. The Zionist controlled Big Oil companies have used America’s debt-note system as political and financial cover to enslave the world and make many millions complete debt-slaves to the City of London Bankers and their stateside franchisee the Federal Reserve System. Accountability is perhaps Right around the corner. The Federal Reserve System’s proxy hold on the World is now facing a sudden catastrophic end. Those who created and still run this huge Ponzi scheme and fraud against the American people and the World, are going to fall flat on their faces and be fully exposed. They may then be held accountable for this immense financial fraud and theft of the ages upon America and the World. Unless……….they create some immediate catastrophic cover and use this as a means to activate their police occupation force DHS inside America. This could be a serious option for the Bankster Kingpins to attempt to head-off a very serious problem of impending and complete accountability to the public whom they have asset stripped of most of their wealth, jobs and futures. If the US Petro Dollar collapses and a catastrophic Global reset occurs as is expected (unless somehow mitigated), those bankers responsible will be fingered and held accountable one way or another unless they do something major. Their options include starting a nuclear WW3 with the Russian Federation and/or China, instituting a major epidemic that kills many millions inside America, or starting a new American Civil War between their Occupation force Homeland Security (DHS) and the American Gun Owners, hunters, Veterans, Patriots and folks who have “woken up” to the USG scam and major illegal power grab since 1913 and the USG Assassination of JFK. The USG is now working hard to start a major war with Putin and the Russian Federation over Crimea using Cutout Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. She has admitted that the USG has already funneled 5 Billion USD to the Ukraine Leaders, and many experts view this as money to support Terrorist actions and attacks against Pro-Russian Federation people living in the Ukraine, especially Crimea. Putin, the consummate Statesman, doesn’t show his cards, but perhaps holds a full hand. So far, Putin has shown himself to be a true Statesman and has avoided the USG provocations which are clearly dictated by the City of London bankers. It should be pointed out that it is probably not a wise choice to continue these provocations unless the USG truly wants a nuclear WW3, since experts who know Putin personally, claim that he would become a very resourceful and competent opponent in any forced war effort against the Russian Federation. Avoidance of accountability for this intergenerational group of elite globalists that seized America in a secret Coup d’ etat in 1913 with the passage of the illegal, Unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act is dependent on them getting complete control over America, disarming all Americans, and instituting of martial law using their Secret Police Occupation Army inside America, Homeland Security (DHS). If they fail in this, basically its over for them and their evil spell on America will be forever broken and millions will demand justice. And as the masses demand justice they will insist on prosecutions of all involved, bankers and Politicians and actions to “claw-back” all the alleged lawful BAILOUT funding, as well as the complete cancellation of all the USG deficit which is a phony debt anyhow. It would be an understatement to describe these perps who run this huge Ponzi Scheme as in a state of panic. Normally their Hubris would deaden any such anxiety or fear, but this time they can easily imagine their whole system coming down upon them like a House of Cards blown apart by the BRICS System as soon as it comes on line. The World elite banking cartel would think nothing of drawing our Great Nation America into another major war. President Obama is caught right in the middle of all this. His current strategy is to beg for an impeachment attempt which he knows will be blocked in the US Senate where he has a clear majority of Democrats. He believes this will strengthen his position and he can say, “See I AM the real President and cannot be impeded any longer.” Then perhaps he plans to keep instituting what he can’t get Congress to do using “Executive Orders” which many view as illegitimate, unlawful and Unconstitutional. Lately President Obama has been threatening Putin and the Russian Federation with serious sanctions. This has been unwise because Putin hand other nations have countered by making huge Intel dumps into the public sector of exceedingly embarrassing incriminating information related to the hijacking and asset stripping of America. European Allies are ditching America at an unprecedented rate as never before. The US Administration and the AIPAC controlled members of Congress were hoping that Germany and France would join the US sanctions against the Russian Federation. No dice, they both buy a great deal of oil and Natural gas from the Russian Federation and understand such an actions would be stupid, easily ending up doubling their pricing of such or even higher. Conclusion: There are numerous Intel insiders and true Patriot “Intel Cowboys — White Hats”, members of the High Military Command and many others who are working to restore the American Dollar to what it should rightfully be, real true Constitutional money, backed by Gold and other commodities. This coming major World Financial Reset should more realistically be called a World Monetary “Restart” or “Re-grouping” rather than “Reset.” The final result of all this is likely to be a major Restart and Re-grouping of monetary and credit policy inside America and a restoration of Constitutional currency without offshore, City of London controlled foreign invaders disguised as bankers. As long as cooler heads prevail and we prevent the global bankers from starting a nuclear WW3, or a major new war in the Mideast or the Ukraine, or Homeland Security from provoking a major Civil War inside America, it looks like Americans will see a return of the real USDollar, real United States Constitutional Money.
